This presentation will show the key questions around the cost structure of an eBook and how this impacts any business modelling.

Some examples will be shown of actual projects, where it is quite clear that digital publishing is not easy nor cheap. E-distribution platform costs (as well as other digitasion costs) will also be integrated for discussion.

Sales channels examples will aslo be shown:

  • e-bookseller
  • e-retailer
  • e-library (European library project included)
