The digital revolution has often provoked more questions than answers. That’s because content owners have always needed to balance a desirable breadth of distribution options with the need to exercise control over copyrights and a profound and correct perspective on where proprietary content has been distributed. Add in the challenges that other “500 pound gorillas” in the book distribution business represent – and most Publishers have even more questions.
Enter the Internet Digital Warehouse, a concept that forms the core of LibreDigital’s business proposition for Publishers. In this session, you will learn about some compelling issues around the digital distribution of book content that you may not have considered. LibreDigital will also present a full review of a typical book digitization project, including sales-generating topics like widgets and how the company provides the platform to store and secure all digital content – and to deliver digital content on demand, to any marketplace, consumer or device. This presentation closes with a dynamic look at emerging distribution models that are truly protective for Publishers. It’s a session that’s not-to-be-missed for TOC professionals!
