Kat Meyer is a long time veteran of the book publishing industry whose background includes both editorial and marketing experience working a diverse array of regional and national trade and academic publishers, including: Harcourt Brace, Communication Skill Builders, the University of Arizona Press, Rio Nuevo Publishers, and the RGU Group.

Kat is currently Chief Content Wrangler of Next Chapter Communications, where she revels in two of her favorite past times: all things bookish and all things social media! When not wearing her Next Chapter hat, Kat can can be found: * on Twitter tweeting away with her bookish & social media marketing tweeps about all things bookish and social media * writing about the coolest new kids on the digital book block in her series “The Digitizers” over at TeleRead * Chatting with book bloggers, reviewers, and other friendly movers and shakers in the book community at NetGalley’s bookish blog, Follow the Reader * or just blogging away at her own blog, TheBookishDilettante about some things bookish and some things whatnot.
