Carlos has been involved in the online World since 1995. Started as a Lawyer specialized in Law and New Technologies working for a multinational company for 5 years.
He joined the founder of a start up company to build one of the most successful online legal databases. He managed the local and international business development for 8 years and today this company, VLEX, serves information in 133 countries and 13 languages.
In early 2008, Carlos joined Elsevier, the world leading healthcare publishing house to manage the e-Business developments for the medical and healthcare market in spanish language.
Last projects launched by his team are a Review & Testing platform to pass the official medical exams in Spain, an electronic Continual Medical Education platform based on Moodle, a complete iPhone Medical Journals collection or different e-Libraries for the healthcare market.
He started an innovation program in the company to allow people from all areas to innovate in the e-business world.
