Demonstration of an Intelligent Newspaper as an Example of Multiplatform, Content Based Application for eReaders

During the demonstration the application developed under an open source platform for content delivery to e-reading devices will be presented.

The demo will be a walk through the process of constructing, downloading and evaluating a custom, intelligent newspaper issue. It will consist of the following steps:

  • Introducing the audience with the concept of a dynamic, content-based application for e-readers
  • Building a custom, intelligent newspaper from ‘content blocks’
  • Downloading the latest issue of an intelligent newspaper to an e-reader
  • Presentation of the outcome of the intelligent content adjustment algorithms
  • Sending user feedback referring to the downloaded content
