Blackboard and research firm O’Donnell & Associates surveyed 250 stakeholders in the higher education content workflow – from industry experts to instructors, administrators, publishers, distributors, and bookstores – and will share their findings on participants’ desired ways to find, access, adopt and share content.
Carrie O’Donnell, of O’Donnell & Associates, LLC has over 20 years of education and e-learning industry expertise. Her company develops and markets products and conducts market research. Since 1990, OD&A has helped dozens of companies launch winning strategies and create print, online and media-rich educational products.
Ed has worked in the information industry for more than twenty years. During that time, he has worked for both startup and established information companies leading product management, marketing and sales organizations. Ed currently runs the Content Division of the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA)—a Washington DC-based trade association formed to promote, inform and protect the software and digital content industries. In this role, he works with content companies, aggregators and service providers to help them achieve their policy, promotional and business development goals.
