Roundtable sessions provide face to face exposure to those interested in the same projects and concepts. Roundtables can be organized for individual projects or broader topics (best practices, digital content, standards). Roundtables are entirely up to you. We post your topic online and onsite and provide the space and time. You provide the engaging topic.
Roundtables at TOC will happen Tuesday evening, February 15 from 7:00pm – 10:00pm in the following rooms at the Sheraton: New York East, New York West, Riverside Ballroom, Riverside Suite and Liberty 3. Each Roundtable discussion will be 60 minutes.
Sign up online in advance or check the Roundtable schedule board onsite at the Sheraton. You will receive an email confirming the time of your Roundtable as soon as it is approved.
Moderating a Roundtable is open to attendees and speakers at the event. You must be registered to conduct a Roundtable. The moderator is not a speaker in the main program.
Please note that audio/visual equipment, including projection equipment, will not be available for Roundtable sessions. If you require any audio/visual equipment, you may request services from Good Company Communications by completing the Audio Visual Order form (PDF) and sending the form to Good Company Communications.
If you would like to join the discussion in one of the Roundtables, there is no need to formally sign up. You can check the list of pre-scheduled Roundtables online, or check the Roundtable schedule board onsite at the Sheraton for topics and locations.
