Most discussions about mobile apps focus on the technical challenges, but the business, product, and marketing elements critical to pursuing, completing, and selling an app are just as important. Learn what questions to ask yourself and your customers before a single line of code is written, and learn how to develop an effective product management approach for your mobile projects.

NOTE: There will be a book signing by Ken Yarmosh towards the close of this workshop.

Thought this was one of the most useful sessions I attended. Dispelled a lot of myths, pointed out a lot of places where people can go wrong, and guided me to the road of how to make apps happen! Also thought the “consultant” parts of the session were great ways to drive discussion of real-life situations.
