If you make key decisions or manage people or projects, you’ll find sessions here to help you craft profitable business models and digital rights agreements, design mobile-driven strategies for data-rich content, hire train and manage ‘hybrid’ employees, apply agile technologies to traditional publishing, and more.

Note: we’ve organized the sessions into three main tracks, however many sessions are appropriate for multiple tracks so we encourage you to look beyond the track that seems most suitable to you.

If format—the known quantity and its changing nature—matters less than we think, where do we look for growth? I’ll argue that we can look instead to customer behavior, specifically their exaggerations and perversions, for ways forward.

For developers, agile methodologies like SCRUM may be familiar, but what would happen if we took these processes and applied them to traditional publishing’s more vertical workflows? This session will introduce key principals of agile methodology, and examine the potential of using these methodologies to re-engineer the entire publishing workflow for success in today's challenging climate.
