Rodney Elder has worked in the publishing industry for the past 10 years in Asia, Europe and North America. He has an extensive understanding of publishing systems and their application to help publishers maximise process efficiencies in bringing a book from concept to final delivery in both print and digital formats. Rodney has worked with publishers including Bloomsbury, Pearson, Elsevier Australia, Harper Collins Australia, Candlewick Press and Harvard University Press.
