Registration / Check-in Hours

Stop by TOC Registration to pick up your badge and other materials. Registration is located on the 6th Floor Foyer.

  • Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Speaker Lounge Hours

If you are speaking at TOC, please check-in and pick up your badge at the Speaker Lounge, located in Uris-Royale room on the 6th floor.

  • Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Coat Check

Coat check for TOC is located in the 3rd floor foyer.

  • Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 7:30 am - 6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

If this will be your first TOC Conference, we have a few ways to help you get the most out of your time at TOC.

Exhibit Hall Hours

Make sure to visit the sponsors and exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall. They'll be showcasing and demoing the latest in publishing tools and services. See who will be exhibiting.

Badges

If you need to change the name or organization that is displayed on your badge please see the registration coordinator who will help you print another badge. The front of your badge includes a barcode that contains your name, email address, job title, organization, address, and phone number. The back of your badge includes a QR code that includes your name, job title, email address, organization, city/state, and phone number.

Events

Make sure to join us at one (or all) of the events planned at TOC, including the Publishing Startup Showcase, Exhibit Hall Reception, and Digital Petting Zoo.

TOC Office Hours

Office Hours gives you a chance to meet face-to-face with some of our speakers! No sign-ups necessary. Just stop by the Office Hours area in the Broadway Ballroom Foyer on the 7th floor to discuss the speaker's area of expertise, give feedback about their sessions, or ask questions. See the current list of participating speakers.

Want TOC info to go? Download our mobile event app packed with schedule and other essential data.

Wireless Internet Access

Wireless connectivity to the Internet will be available throughout the conference areas of the Marriott. Internet access in your hotel room is available through the hotel for an additional fee. If you need assistance getting online, please visit the customer service desk in Registration or send a message to @toc.

Speaker Slides, Video, and Live Streaming

Live Streaming
We'll be live streaming all of the keynote presentations on Wednesday and Thursday for free (view the live stream schedule). All presentations which are live streamed will also be available for viewing on the TOC YouTube channel after the conference.

We'll be posting speaker slides as we get them, however keep in mind not all speakers choose to make their slides available for download.

Online Attendee Directory

The Online Attendee Directory for TOC is now open. See who else will be at TOC this year, set up your personal profile, message other attendees, and manage your contacts. You must be registered for the event and have opted-in to the Attendee Directory in order to begin using it.

Set Up Your Personal Schedule

Create your own TOC agenda using the personal scheduler function. Mark the presentations and events you want to attend by clicking on the calendar icon next to each listing on the website. You can then access it by clicking on "personal schedule" link in the Schedule View page.

Printed versions of the daily schedule will also be available throughout the conference area.

Rate or Comment on the Workshops and Sessions You Attend

Have a question or comment for a speaker? Post them in the "Add New Comment" field found at the bottom of any session detail page. Please keep in mind that your comments will be public.

You can also rate any of the sessions you attend on the TOC mobile app. Just click on the set of stars on the session description page to submit your rating.
