John Costa is Chief Technology Officer of S4Carlisle Publishing Services and subsidiary of Qbend LLC having US operations in Dubuque, IA and headquartered in Chennai, India. Nate Welch is the founding manager of the Custom Publishing program at Wolters Kluwer Law and Business’s Legal Education Division. Nate started this program off the side of his desk in 2009. Since then, he has overseen 2x annual growth for three consecutive years, and built a highly effective team, two web platforms, and an efficient work-flow. Nate focuses his effort on vendor relations, field sales training, sell-through strategy, and bookstore relations.
